Senate Bill 442: Instruction Concerning Human Sexuality
Summary
Senate Bill 442, recently enacted in Indiana, focuses on instruction concerning human sexuality in schools. It mandates that school boards approve all sex education materials, which must then be publicly posted online. Students will be separated by gender
A female instructor will facilitate the female students and a male instructor will facilitate the male students
